Kanazawa University Held Interim results report symposium for Inter-University Exchange Project – Multi-Layered Educational Programs between Japan-the U.S. for Revolutionary New Global Human Resources
On October 30th, an online symposium was held to present the interim results of the Inter-University Exchange Project: Multi-Layered Educational Programs between Japan and the U.S. for Revolutionary New Global Human Resources. Approximately 60 individuals attended the event.
The symposium started with opening remarks by Prof. Noriko HASEBE, Vice President for International Affairs and Diversity Promotion, followed by presentations on the projects’ progress.
Next, Assoc. Prof. Shinichi HORIKE from the Research Infrastructure Support Facility of the Research Center for Experimental Modeling of Human Disease, and Assoc. Prof. Aida MAMMADOVA, Assistant to the President for International Affairs and SDGs, International Center for Japanese Studies and Education, reported on the student exchange programs.
This was followed by a discussion session with representatives from universities participating in the Inter-University Exchange Project. The symposium concluded with a closing remarks by Vice President HASEBE.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to deepen understanding of the project through presentations on exchange programs with universities in the U.S. and active exchange of ideas among participants.
